Pride Vendor Coverage

Thank You for choosing the CASSWOOD VENDOR/EXHIBITOR Insurance Program.

The insurance program provides $1,000,000 Occurrence /$5,000,000 Aggregate Limits of Liability and it is NOW ONLINE!!

To obtain your insurance for a Pride Event vendors need to access the link for the Pride event, fill out the simple application, pay $65 by all major credit cards. You’ll receive a Certificate of Insurance Coverage that shows you are now a Subscribed Exhibitor of the Pride Organization for that one event.

If you do not have an active link that means your Pride event has either not returned their application to us yet or they have opted not to use the program. Either way please contact them directly

NOTE: For those Vendors/Exhibitors who need insurance for more than one event, or events other than Pride events, or would like to insure their products, equipment and inventory, our annual Vendor Exhibitor program may work better for your insurance needs. Please contact us if you think annual coverage will work better for your business or organization.
